Q This is a Feedback Group discussion board. Use this board to post and receive feedback on your Needs Assessment tool (A2). This differs from our other boards in that it is not grading based on our standard discussion board rubric. Instead, your initial post is the questions, rationale, and analysis sections for your A2 assignment. These should be in a finalized format, meaning full sentence and depth. You receive 5 points for positing a final draft, meaning it only needs an additional proofreading. I do not "read" this post. I just glance that all the required parts are present. The initial post should include the following (and be pasted into the initial post. Do not submit your Word document): - At the top, note to your classmates if there are any particular areas you specifically want feedback on, such as are my questions clear or do any questions need further explanation in the rationale section? - Note the organization and who will take this survey. For example, This survey is for Frys Grocery. The manager and 3 associates will take this survey. (*Note, in your final A2 this will be a full paragraph with a bit more depth & you will include an APA style cover page) - Questions and Rationale: Number your questions and follow each with a clear rationale as to why you used that type of question and what that question will allow you to discover. For example, #1 My organization has clear protocol for how to deescalate conflicts with customers. True or False - Then follow this with why you asked this question in this way and what it will let you learn about the organization and its oral communication practices. Then, go on to #2 question. - Analysis: Think ahead. How will you analyze your survey results once the participants complete it? There are a number of ways that you could address this point. For example, are there patterns you will look for? Will a certain group of questions tell you something in particular? Responses: Respond to 2 classmates (5 points each = 10 points total). Pick someone who has not received feedback yet. Your responses can praise what classmates did well. Your responses also NEED to offer constructive advice. *No citations are required for this assignment, but your feedback should help guide others in the creation of a needs analysis that follows the guidelines and information provided in chapter 3 (pp. 55-79).
